Thinking of Summer!

I didn't find any new bargains in charity shops this week so I thought I would do a post on a dress which I bought last July. I never got around to writing about it at the time. With temperatures of about 5C and cloudy skies in the UK at the moment, it is good to look forward to the time I will be able to wear this dress outside in warm sunshine!

It cost me £4.00 and has a light blue and navy floral pattern on a light green background. It is of a length I prefer - too many dresses are too short to satisfy my modesty standards.

    That is a lovely dress - I like the green and blue together! :)

    I find dresses are great for warmer weather, although you can wear them in winter too it's nice not having to worry about any additional layers! :)


    We are the opposite from you - it's summer here and I'm finding it much too hot. We usually have some summer storms to keep the humidity in check but that hasn't been happening for a while now sadly!

    I prefer wearingdresses and skirts in the warmer weather. I tend to forget that a lot of readers are enjoying summer at the moment in the southern hemisphere!
