New to me Blue Top

Although it is dull and damp outside in the UK at the moment I decided to buy a sleeveless top in a charity shop which I hope will be useful when the weather warms up in a few months. It cost me £1.00 so at that price I just had to buy it. It has a button front and a decorative belt which is great as it helps to make me look slim!
I think that it looks quite good with this grey/black skirt and my only pair of blue shoes. Do you agree?
