I came across this photo in an old magazine recently and it has made me want to find a pair of vintage trousers. Most vintage bloggers tend to sew their own but my sewing skills are way short of attempting such a project.
Any ideas of where I can find a pair - preferably to try on before purchase - would be welcome.
No idea but I do like the look !!
ReplyDeleteHi Rebecca - you could try some of the "pre loved" online stores or if you'd rather not have secondhand clothes, there are retailers that make replicas, such as thehouseoffoxy.com and revampvintage.com
ReplyDeleteThanks for joining #WowOnWednesday!
Thank you Gail - I will keep looking and I buy lots of secondhand clothes in charity shops!
DeleteThose are great! Yes, I would look at the Real Real and otherwise, thrift stores in your area.

DeleteWow...those are amazing. I bet you could find some at the thrift stores. Or have you tried Etsy?? Especially Suzanne Carillo's shop: https://www.etsy.com/ca/shop/VintageBySuzanne?ref=search_shop_redirect
ReplyDeleteThank you - I am always nervous of buying trousers on line as they seldom fit well.
DeleteI'm sure you will find a pair in your charity shopping! I used to have a pair like this a few years ago, was a fun style to wear to work!
