Two Very Different Pairs of Trousers

I have been wanting to buy some different styles/colours of trousers for some time and I managed to get two completely different pairs last week.

I really wanted a pair of trousers in a totally different colour. Most of my trousers so far have been in black which has made them suitable for wearing to work so when I saw this pair in my size in New Look I decided to try them on. They are very comfortable and the pale shade of mauve makes them different to anything else in my wardrobe.

They are in a straight leg style and a little tight around my bottom so I will wear them with a long top in public to preserve my modesty. They cost me £15.00 and it is a real change for me, being a charity shop addict,to buy a brand new item of clothing!

The second pair of trousers came from a charity shop and cost just £2.50 on a half price rail. These
have wide legs and are quite modest in style. You cannot see the outline of my legs when I wear them and they are not tight around my bottom. In view of a lack of labels it makes me wonder if they could have been hand made. They are in a fairly thick woollen material so nice and warm in colder weather.
In view of the modest style I am not too worried about wearing these in public without a long top or tunic and this is the first time I have asked Hannah to take a rear view for my blog!

What do you think?
